Kauai Hawaii has been a popular tourist and vacation destination for literally decades. Planning a vacation to anywhere in Hawaii will deliver you onto beautiful, clean beaches, natural scenery and a huge number of things to do and see.

When traveling, the thing to remember is that the trip is about a holiday or vacation. From the minute you enter the airplane until getting back home, your vacation should be focused on lowering the stress level in your life and getting balance back in your world. Yes, it will cost more but in the end, the vacation will have done it's job and you will leave Hawaii refreshed and ready to go back to your career or business.

By lowering the stress level, we're talking about getting the services necessary to keep from having got concern yourself with any difficulties. Take for example getting around at your destination of Kauai. You could rent a car and try to find you way around unfamiliar territory. If getting lost, being late, dealing with traffic and the stress of other motorists is your idea of a vacation, go to New York City.

If however, getting to see the sights and enjoying the island is more like vacation time, consider using the services of a tour company, or even hire out a car and driver for an afternoon. Another potential possibility is public transportation. It runs on a regular schedule and you get to people watch while getting around for almost no cash. The car and driver is more expensive but they can get you around to see the local side of the island while the public transportation route takes you to the more popular areas. Maybe using both on different days can give you the benefit of an enjoyable vacation without the worry of a car rental, gasoline, accidents, parking etc.

If you plan on doing some Kauai island sightseeing and need a car rental, consider one with limited miles and leave it at home whenever possible. A weekly rental can cost a couple of hundred dollars but the you shouldn't feel a need to use it everytime a short trip is in order.

Another idea to lower the stress level is to consider getting a condominium or rental until with a full kitchen. This is especially good if you're traveling with kids. A quick trip to the neighborhood food store can take care of the childrens eating issues and take you off the breakfast, lunch and dinner, time schedule. Get food that's easy to prepare and let the kids fend for themselves at least sometimes. This gives them a sense of independence and allows you to sleep in occasionally during the vacation.

The key to a fun and enjoyable Kauai vacation or any Hawaiian vacation, is to get out of the rut and schedule that's your life back home. Do different things, experiment, see new sights, enjoy a different culture. In all, a Kauai vacation can recharge your batteries and give a new outlook on your world back home

The Northern Cape is the largest of South Africa's provinces and the most sparsely populated. CLIMATE: The Northern Cape experiences a diverse range of climatic conditions because of the respective regions and altitudes. The Northern Cape enjoys a summer rainfall, but this is infrequent. The summer months have long, hot summer days and cool evenings. Winter days are moderate, but the nights are very cold with temperatures often dropping below zero. Snow in winter and heavy frost falls at night are common.

SHOPPING: There are many shopping malls, arts and craft shops, and many ethic vendors on the beachfront. Good buys include mohair products such as jerseys, rugs and blankets; the famous Karoo Lamb, dried fruit, diamonds, jewellery and gems.

Kimberley:

Today the city is a prosperous, thriving metropolis worthy of the title, he Diamond Capital Of The World. Namaqualand:

Spring time sees this region transformed from a desert landscape into a carpet of colourful wild flowers, attracting many visitors. Also an adventure tourist's playground, the region offers hiking, canoeing and 4x4 trails. The coastline is popular with fishermen and hosts a booming crayfish industry. Diamonds are also mined from the sea and copper is mined too. The world-famous Richtersveld National Park is found in this region.

Hantam Karoo:

Millions of years ago, this area was an inland sea and over time it has transformed into an arid and rugged landscape with wide open plains and mountains. This region is renowned by astronomers for its remarkable night skies and is home to the South African Astronomical Observatory. The region is also known for its spring wild flowers, and is home to the rare Sterboom.

Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park:

Africa's first transfrontier park, Kgalagadi land of thirst is shared with and crosses the border into Botswana to facilitate the migration of wildlife and the movement of free-roaming predators; red sand dunes, sparse vegetation and dry riverbeds of the Nossob and Auob ensure excellent opportunities for game viewing and photography. Fifty-eight species of mammal and more than 400 plant species share the desert and dry savannah, while approx. 260 species of bird, including at least 20 species of large raptor share the sky.

Richtersveld National Park:

Southern Africa's largest mountain desert park, the Richtersveld is 160 000ha of lava mountains and sandy plains situated in the north-western crook of the Orange River. It is also one of the world's most precious and fragile eco-systems. Its strange rock formations shaped and sculpted by the wind and sun, is a land for those keen to 'rough it'. Visitors can explore the area from the comfort of a 4x4 or by paddling long stretches of the river.

Green Kalahari:

Dominating this region are the lush vineyards and the massive Orange River, which meanders through a giant valley. The Kalahari Gemsbok National Park and the Augrabies Falls National Park - with its famous Black Rhino Aventure, are not to be missed.

Augrabies Falls National Park:

The Augrabies Falls, which is one of the five biggest waterfalls in the world, plunges a sheer 56m into a rolling, turbulent maelstrom of foam, mist and rainbows said to contain untold diamond wealth and a river monster. This is where the black rhino can be found and visitors can also go on game drives.

Kalahari:

The sun-drenched Kalahari, with its ancient, undulating landscape and endless horizons, evoke memories of a land before time. This region is home to The Eye a permanent and abundant source of daily water. Hunting in the area is popular and the Kalahari is home to over 40 raptors and vulture species and 7 owl species.

If you need to visit Australia on business, even for a very short period of time, you will need to apply for an Australian visa. This article gives some basic details of the three types of business visa available.

There are three types of visa available for business visits to Australia. It should be noted that a business visit is NOT the same as working in the context of applying for an Australian visa.

The first is a Short Stay Business Visa which is suitable for a visit of less than three months. This will cover a business person for normal business meetings, negotiations and conferences and may be applied for through their chosen airline or via the internet. This is a Business Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). Alternatively, applications may be made in writing.

The second type of business visa is a Sponsored Business Visitor (short stay) Visa. In order to quality for this type of visa, a business person will need to be sponsored by a member of an Australian parliament, an authorised government agency, local mayor or other authorised organisation and the sponsor will need to guarantee that their visitor will abide by all the visa conditions including that which specifies the date by which they must leave the country.

The third business visa is a Temporary Business (Long Stay) visa. To apply for one of these, an applicant must have an approved employer as a sponsor who has an eligible position available. The employer can be an Australian or overseas company and the employee must be a foreign national with the applicable skills to fill the position. The eligible position must have been approved as a skilled occupation suitable for this program, must be full time and of a minimum salary as well as meeting various Australian laws and award requirements.

However, before the employee can apply for a visa, the employer will need to apply to be a sponsor of overseas employees and nominate the job vacancies to be filled. The nomination period will be 12 months or until all the vacancies are filled, whichever is the shorter. The sponsorship will be for a period of 2 years and the visa period may be anything from 3 months to 4 years. However, if the employee wishes to change employment, he will need to find a new approved sponsor with an eligible position and re-apply for a visa.

Forget the rain, forget the cold; everyones heard of this historic city so Seattleites must be right on the money. Whether it be for history, grunge rock or movie trivia, Seattle is firmly on the global map.

If any place can credit itself as a linchpin city for development and unearthing talent, Seattle is one of those places. Seattle is the birthplace of bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam (the founders of grunge rock), and bands like Death Cab for Cutie, Foo Fighters, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains. The crme de la crme obviously is Jimi Hendrix himself.

Other famous Seattleites and claims to fame are Bill Gates of the Microsoft empire, the TV sitcom Frasier, movie Sleepless in Seattle with Tom Hanks, movie 10 Things I Hate About You and TV series Greys Anatomy.

The Crocodile Caf is an institution for alternative music enthusiasts. Artists like Eddie Vedder, Death Cab for Cutie, Elliot Smith and K. T. Tunstall have played here, as a testament to its importance in the local music scene.

For more historic sites, venture to the Experience Music Project (EMP) (left) for a museum to modern composition. Jimi Hendrix has his own wing, which makes way to a guitar wing and exhibits on different styles; like the rock, grunge and punk movements. You can also play around with instruments in some exhibits.

While were on cool tourist traps, you cant go past the legendary Seattle Space Needle (right), which reaches up 605 feet into the sky. Not only is it an amazing view stretching as far as the eye can see, but its also part of Seattle culture. The Needle is famously depicted in the silhouette credits of Seattle sitcom Frasier, one of the worlds most popular sitcoms in history.

For another must see spot, head to Pike Place Markets. While it is packed with crowds on weekends, this flea market style, open- air market is worth a decent wander. Flower stalls litter the streets as do fresh seafood stalls and vegetable stands. Contrary to popular flea market opinion, this market is clean, modern and atmospheric. PS. coffee lovers, Starbucks has its first original store right here! Bring your walking shoes.

But before you take them off, let those shoes take you through a tour of the Seattle Underground. After the Great Seattle Fire in 1889, the city raised the CBD building levels, leaving an underground city in developing Seattles wake. For a couple of hours, you can now walk amongst what used to be the heart of the city, but what is now a refurbished yet rotting, historic, subterranean ruin. Fascinating stuff.

Technically, there is a long list of great things to do that have been missed out here, so don't be afraid if you think that's it! It merely means the page isn't big enough to include it all. There are tonnes of musical and artistic things to see and visit, plus some great history that is worth a good look. Maybe you can also take a drive around to try and spot famous places of interest, since Seattle is idolized in so many movies and TV shows.

The beautiful Koeberg Nature Reserve surrounds the Koeberg Nuclear Power Station, and is situated only 30 km from Cape Town. It can be reached by taking the West Coast Road (R27) past the beach-side suburbs of Milnerton, Bloubergstrand and Melkbosstrand.

History
The Reserve measures roughly 3,000 hectares of Eskom property, and was proclaimed as a nature reserve in 1991. It was established to protect and conserve the local flora and fauna, and it also acts as an educational center for young and old.

The reserve plays a pivotal role in the conservation of the area, especially since the development of industries and residential properties along the West Coast. Within the reserve you can find a number of unique coastal land forms, wetlands and different vegetation communities protected within this area.

Trails
The reserve offers two diverse, well marked hiking trails and a mountain bike trail.

1.The Dikkop Trail (9.5km; 19,3km, or a 22.3 km trail)
The Dikkop Trail has been designed to lead the hiker through a widely varying terrain, and it is the perfect opportunity to experience the many moods of the West Coast. The trail starts at the visitor center, and follows a circular route through the nature reserve.

The Mountain Biking trail follows a similar route to the Dikkop Trail, with plenty of gradients to make it enjoyable for the seasoned cyclist and the novice, young or old.

2.Grysbok Trail (2,5km or 5,7km trails)
The Grysbok trail again starts at the visitors center covered parking and follows a circular route through the reserve. There are two alternatives for this trail, the first is a 5,7 km hike, which follows a circular walk , which includes a stroll along a private stretch of beach and offers beautiful, unobstructed views of Table Mountain. There is an abundance of plant life and fynbos to be seen and animal life, especially bird-life is abundant. Hikers will also be able to view the ruins of a historical farmhouse, a truly spectacular site in Spring, with a variety of flowers in bloom, all around.

The 2,5 km trail will take you through all of the above areas, except the wetlands, and is a pleasant way to spend a few hours.

Animal Life
The reserve has a variety of buck; Springbok, Bontebok, Eland and Impala's, they also have a small herd of Zebra, all the animals are originally indigenous to the area and have been reintroduced so that visitors can view them in their natural habitats. The park has a few small predators, such as the African Wildcat, Grey Mongoose and Genet, and if lucky visitors might be able to spot the elusive Caracal, which is the largest predator in the area. Reptiles are also abundant in the park, and if you are patient you can observe first-hand the habits of , the Cape Cobra, Mole Snake, Boomslang, Skaapsteker and the Angulated Tortoise.

For the bird-watcher there are over 172 identified bird species on the reserve, which can make for hours of uninterrupted bird watching.

During the whale season, there are viewing platforms which offer you perfect and private views of Southern Right Whales.

The reserve is continually expanding on the breeds of animal at the reserve, and now have Wildebeest on their list of wild life.

Be sure to pop in to the visitors center and ask for a map of their trails before you start to ensure that you make an informed decision.

By plane

Qantas run scheduled flights from most major Australian cities to Alice Springs.Alice Airport is still 450+km from the rock - so don't jump in a cab and say Uluru! - you'll need a mortgage to pay the fare!Quantas can also fly you to Connellan Airport - which is much closer to Uluru - but accommodation is limited here, so it's best to book both your flight and your accommodation well in advance.

By train

The journey to Alice by train is highly recommended - if you have the time. The legendary Ghan runs twice a week right across Australia from Adelaide to Darwin with Alice-Springs bang in the middle! Book early and get a sleeper.

By road

The drive to Alice is long and arduous!It is not a trip for the faint-hearted or the easily bored. Landmarks (and fuel stops) are few and far between, accommodation is hit and miss, and breaking down can be a nightmare. To put things into perspective, Uluru is, by Aussie standards, just up the road from Alice - but it still takes five hours by car!

By car

The Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park is 465 km (five hours on the road). Rental cars are plentiful in Alice but I recommend that you rent a well known company, and book early.

By Coach

There are countless coach and bus companies running trips from Alice to Uluru. Some of them are very good, and some of them are not! Check the online travel blogs to get some idea of what is available.

WHEN TO COME

If you don't like it too hot - avoid the high summer months Dec, Jan, Feb. Otherwise - any time is a good time!

Of course, you'll need to bring any medications that you are on your trip but you also should bring any over-the-counter medicines they think you might need. if you have allergies and you are traveling to a place that you think might trigger them then bring some allergy medicine. If you will be outdoors a lot in the warm leather, you might consider insect repellent.

6. Security

You want to make sure that your luggage is secure by locking it. However, you might want to be sure to bring a spare key in case you lose the one that opens your case.

7. Tote Bags

Bring a large tote bag with you on the trip, packed in a suitcase. This bag can double as a tote when you are running around during the day and might be purchasing items. And then you can use it as additional luggage on your trip home to house souvenirs.

8. Know Where You Are Going

I have a confession to make. Im a recovering boatasexual. You dont know what that is? Thats when your most significant other is a boat. Trust me, folks - this is a toxic relationship!

It is said that the happiest days of a boat owners life are the day she buys a boat, and the day she sells it. Truer words were never spoken. It has also been said that owning a boat is like standing in a cold shower tearing up $20 bills. This is not true. Youre tearing up $100 bills, at least.

All my friends were shopping madly, all over town, buying clothes, shoes, furniture. I was at Home Depot melting my Visa card on stuff like stainless steel piano hinge. Wood plugs. Router bits. I do have every power tool known to God and Bob Vila, so Tim Allen, kiss mykeel. I was committed to this relationship. Committed? I was certifiable I lived on my boat. And what a harsh house-mother she was, too.

As you read this, raise your arms so your hands are close together, right over your head. Keep them there for four hours. Every spring, I was forced to do this for days at a time. Holding a ten pound grinder. Carpal tunnel? I had the entire carpal subway system.

Every task I undertook involved a toxic chemical. My life became an EPA Superfund site. Most of the containers had a warning label that said A brain tumor in every can now thats what I call a warning label!

The first summer I had the boat I was determined to practice safe boating I wore a TyVek suit when I was painting her. Have you ever worn a TyVek suit? When it was 100 degrees? Its like being locked in a sauna for hours at a time. I did lose 10 pounds that summer, though - in addition to about a billion brain cells from the paint fumes.

The entire relationship was co-dependent. The boat wanted to dissolve like an aspirin, and I had to prevent it from dissolving like an aspirin. Bit by bit, the boat was winning. The teak decks leaked no matter how many times I re-caulked them. The engine developed multiple personality disorder. The lines would fray even if they were coiled up in the rope locker. The fenders deflated. Then she tried to throw me overboard the lifeline stanchions on the starboard side all broke at the same time.

This was a fight to the finish.

It was that old relationship conundrum - divorce? Never! Murder? Quite possibly. The boat did have reason to wish me harm I HAD grounded her within fifteen minutes of our first voyage together. And there were the groundings in the Piankatank River, Boston Harbor, Rockaway Bay, and Sandy Hook.

She harbored a grudge.

And after everything I did for her, too.

I gave her a complete makeover from top to bottom I rewired and painted her mast, I replaced her batteries and rewired the cabin, I completely redid her hull with the BEST isophthalic polyester-resin (say that three times fast) I gave her all of my spare time and more than all of my spare cash. I even bought her jewelry new rudder fittings made of silicon bronze that cost over $2,000. Ive never spent that much on jewelry for myself!

We had wonderful adventures together trips to Marthas Vineyard, Nantucket and Cape Cod. We sailed up the Hudson River and down the coast to Cape May.

But it was never enough. She always needed, demanded more.

The end finally came one day in November of 2000 Id given all I could give. Id reached the end of my rope, and my checkbook.

Id reached the second happiest day of my life I sold her to a family that fell in love with her at first sight.

The poor slobs.

As I watched her sail away, I felt a twinge of sadness. Then I thought of my checkbook, which now had a positive balance. A VERY positive balance!

Ive heard that my former significant other is still up to her old tricks it took her new owners almost a month to get her from Long Island Sound to Gaylesville, Maryland. The engines multiple personality disorder kicked in, and the mainsail did its look at me! Im shredding! trick - but her new owners are determined to keep her happy. I hope they have a fat checkbook shes a hungry old girl.

So Im single again but Im a hopeless romantic. Im eyeing charter boats in the Caribbean.

If anyplace on earth is a natural paradise, Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia is that place. Of all Croatia's eight National Parks, Plitvice is the oldest and most visited. It's easy to see why. Bears and wolves lurk in its primeval forest; schools of silvery fish dart through its pristine rivers; its beech trees are a cacophony of chattering birds. The crown jewels are the 16 translucent lakes connected to each other by a breathtaking series of cascades. Dazzling as the Plitvice national park appeared on a recent visit, I couldnt help recalling that this exceptional site was a war zone during the breakup of former Yugoslavia.

Located near Croatias then- disputed border with Bosnia-Hercegovina, the parks troubles began in 1991 when the Yugoslav army seized the park and turned it into an army barracks. The Croatian army forced them out in 1995 but, a year later, the effects of war were everywhere. The area surrounding the park was a nightmarish landscape of bombed out houses and abandoned farms. The parks three hotels were shot to pieces and part of the lake system was closed while specialists removed mines from the falls and forests.

Shaking off the aura of gloom, I set out to tour the park that UNESCO had named a world heritage site. Even with only half the park open, I was soon entranced.

Miles of wooden walkways wound over, under and alongside the falls. From merry two-foot bubblers to long walls laced with foam, the falling water was everywhere. I resolved to return one day when the park had been rebuilt.

It happened that my grand return to Plitvice occurred this year at the end of a long, hard winter in central Croatia. Although I had visions of tranquil lakes shimmering under a blue sky the weather turned out to be cold, foggy and damp. But damp is good in Plitvice. Between the melting winter snow and days of rain, much of the park was a roaring mass of water. Water pounded into swollen lakes, flooded out the walkways and splashed through the trees. It was splendid.

Even better was the lack of other visitors. In the intervening nine years, Plitvice Lakes National Park has become Croatias busiest tourist attraction welcoming some 750,000 tourists a year. Nearly all come in July and August. Please tell people to come in spring and autumn, if they can my guide begged me. The newly renovated hotels are now completely booked up in the summer and the walkways are elbow to elbow with camera clickers.

Although missing the summer greenery, I quickly grew to appreciate the bare trees that allowed an unobstructed view of the lakes and falls. It was clear that the lake system is divided into four lower and twelve upper lakes. Just past the main entrance, the Korana River drops a torrent of water 258 feet into a frothing pool that begins the lower lakes. Lying at the bottom of a canyon, the narrow lower lakes are bordered by steep limestone walls and climb like a giant staircase to the upper lakes. Wider and surrounded by dense forest, the upper lakes lie on a bed of dolomite. At the very top, the White and Black rivers are the spigots that water the park. The high mineral content of the lakes explains their extraordinary colors, which range from day-glow green to deep azure.

Examining the crystalline water of the top lake, I noticed that the leaves and branches settled on the bottom were acquiring a metallic coating. It was the travertine process in action. The water absorbs minerals from the dolomite underlying the upper lakes and coats the plant life, turning it to porous travertine stone. The new travertine sprouts moss and plants that again petrify and the process repeats itself. All the barriers separating the upper lakes are composed of travertine constantly growing and changing shape.

If you go to Plitvice, you dont need to stay long enough to turn to travertine but the park merits more time than it usually gets. Lying about 85 miles north of Zadar and south of Zagreb, many people rush through the park on their way to or from the coast. Its possible to see a lot of waterfalls in three or four hours but youll need a number of days to fully explore the trails. The three-star Hotel Jezero is the best of the parks three hotels but there are plenty of small pensions and private rooms in the villages around the park.

Traveling to Zanzibar needs to be planned. Some areas of Zanzibar are commercialized and have lost the charm they once had. The quiet beaches are easy to find if you take a little time to plan where to go before you set sail for this spiced archipelago.

The main island usually referred to as Zanzibar Island is a tropical and east from the mainland of Tanzania; measuring 60 miles long and 20 miles wide. Zanzibar is popular because of its beautiful beaches and coral reefs, its palm trees, its seafood and the magic of historic Stone Town, which was recently declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The northeast part of the island is an area that is unspoiled and is known as Matemwe. However before you travel to another country, it is wise to glean information from those who have recently visited or even better, from people living there.

Here are 10 things to know before visiting Buenos Aires Argentina.

1.The Culture. They speak Spanish in Buenos Aires and the accent takes some getting used to. If you dont speak Spanish, you can still get by but you may encounter some difficulties with taxis, shopping, and menus. Most people related to tourism speak English. The people are mostly friendly and very conservative keeping old traditions alive. Argentines are hard working people and work a 9-hour day without a nap. Families are the core of the culture and every Sunday is dedicated to spending time with loved ones. Everyone is good looking, even the dogs.

2.Is it safe? Buenos Aires is safe compared to most cities of 13 million people. The most common crime is petty theft including purse snatching and pick pocketing. You will always want to be cautious of this. But the murder rate is incredibly low, the kidnappings of the past have subsided, and there are plenty of police on the main streets to keep an eye on things.

3.What is the environment like in the city? Buenos Aires is an extremely urban environment and the noise and activity is constant. The weather is mild all year round with a few weeks in February that swelter, and a few weeks in August that get chilly. Pollution does exist on weekdays and can cause breathing troubles and the throat to itch. The streets are narrow and walking can sometimes be precarious. The architecture is a treasure trove spanning the last century.

4.What is the political situation? At the moment, politics in Argentina are stable with President Kirchner at the helm for the last 3 years and leaning toward the left. Argentines are very vocal about how they feel and there are peaceful protests around the government buildings several times a week. Throughout the last 70 years, there have been dictators and democracy and a strong rally for socialism. Despite a strong distaste for President Bush, in general the people of Buenos Aires are open minded to foreigners and enjoy meeting them.

5.How is the economy doing? The economy in Buenos Aires is thriving with small businesses, global companies, huge fashion districts, endless restaurants, and a growth in tourism. The University Of Buenos Aires is excellent and keeps the work place progressive. After the devaluation in 2001, the country had some difficult years, but now unemployment and homeless statistics are low and dropping. Foreign investment is booming and creating jobs in almost every sector.

6.Where should I stay? Choices for accommodations are staggering and each neighborhood will offer a different experience. You should rent an apartment if you are planning on staying a week or more. You should try to find lodging in a central part of the city keeping transportation costs low. Recoleta is surely the best neighborhood and very central. The Microcenter is the center of the city and most hotels and hostels are located here. Wherever you stay, make sure you are a few floors up from the street noise. It can be a serious annoyance for tourists and locals alike.

7.What should I pack? All you really need is your passport, something to help you sleep on the plane, and a camera with extra batteries. Everything else is available here at bargain prices. Laptops are accepted but cyber cafes are everywhere. Anything that cant fit in 2 suitcases may be taxed heavily at the airport. Make sure to leave plenty of room in your luggage for souvenirs. And dont forget to bring a pair of comfortable shoes.

8.What about money? Bring cash and exchange it at the airport. ATMs are plentiful but have a $300 USD limit. To exchange money in the city, go to the financial district and look for signs that say cambio and bring your passport and an address of where you are staying. Currently $1 USD is worth about 3 pesos, which is good news for the tourist. Very few places accept credit cards. Only restaurants, grocery stores, and banks will break a 100peso bill. So always carry change with you. Always!

9.Transportation. Getting around Buenos Aires for a tourist will consist of 3 methods. Subways are cheap, safe, and only crowded at rush hour. (9am and 7pm). Taxis are also inexpensive but you may be taken on the scenic route if you speak English. Always have the necessary address written down so you can hand it to the driver. And finally, walking is the best way to see the city so make sure you carry a map. For locals, the bus system is the best transportation because there are so many. If you are brave, remember when you get on a bus, always tell the driver ochenta.

10.What happens after I get off the plane? When you arrive at the Buenos Aires International Airport (Ezeiza), you will first go through immigration. Before you get in line, make sure you have filled out the visa they give you on the airplane. Hand the visa and passport to the official for stamping. After that, go to baggage claim and collect your things. When you enter the terminal, go around to the right, all the way to the back to where a blue sign says Banco. Stand in this line to exchange your money for the best rate in the airport. Next, go to the center of the terminal where an indoor white taxi stand is. Tell them Capital Federal and have an address where you are staying. The cost is about 54 pesos and you will be escorted to a white taxi that will safely take you to your lodgings.
